Food Service

Caterer Information:

If yes, the food supply list should be sent to the church office at least 4 weeks prior to event

Equipment /Supplies/ Custodial



Custodial:  The requestor or requesting ministry or group is responsible for all cleanup of all equipment and supplies in (Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall/ Tent/ Church Grounds/ Harvest House) used for the event.  Also the clean-up and storing of all remaining food and removing of garbage accumulated during event. 
In the event that cloth table clothes are used, the requesting group or ministry is responsible for ensuring that all soiled clothes are removed, washed, dried and folded and placed in Fellowship Hall.

Event Approvals

Upon submission of The Event Form, it will be sent to the Admin Team and you will be contacted whether the event is approved to move forward.
